Police officers put their lives on the line every day to protect and serve our communities, and their pay and benefits should reflect the risks and sacrifices they and their families endure. I will fight to increase officer salaries and provide competitive benefits to ensure Louisiana attracts and retains the highest-quality law enforcement professionals. Additionally, I will advocate for enhanced training programs that equip officers to handle any situation, no matter the circumstances, ensuring they are prepared to meet the complex demands of modern policing. By investing in our officers, we invest in safer, stronger communities for everyone.
